Potrebno je:
500 -600 gr. brašna
20 gr svežeg kvasca
malo ulja
100 ml.  mlake vode
 malo soli
1  kašika šećera


Priprema
Kvasac istopiti u malo vode sašećerom doidati ostatak vode , pola šoljice ulja i zamesiti srednje tvrdo testo. ostasviti da naraste. Naraslo testo razviti za prst debljine zatim ga urolovati i staviti u mali hjleh da ponovo naraste. Premazati ga, malo mlekom ili belancetom posuti semenkicama i peći na 180 stepeni C oko 40 min.
