Bakina kuhinja – čorbasta boranija/ beans/




Potrebno je:


600 gr. boranije
2 zelene paprike
2 krompira na kockice
2 paradajza oljuštena na kockice
1 veću šargarepu na kolutove
začin, aleva paprika
3 čena belog luka
1 glavica crnog luka
1 rendana šargarepa1 k.k. brašna 
ulje

 
Priprema:
 
Na ulju propržiti sitno seckan crni  luk  rendanu šargarepu,dodati seckanu  papriku, šargarepu na kolutove, seckan krompir na kockice, začin i alevu papriku. 
 
 
Dodati boraniju i sve malo izdinstati ,  pa naliti vodom da ogrezne i kuvati da se boranija skuva. Razmutiti brašno u malo vode pa dodati u boraniju. 
 
 
 
Ako je potrebno posolite. 
 
 
Na kraju dodati seckan beli luk i seckan peršunov lista.

It’s necessary:

2 potatoes diced
2 tomatoes peeled and diced

Preparation:
