Bakina kuhinja – krem čorbica od tikvica  (cream soup of zucchini) 



Potrebno je:
1 tikvica
1 veća šargarepa
1 krompir
1 glavica crnog luka
200 ml. mleka
začin, timijan, bosiljak ruzmarin
peršunov list
 ulje
1-2 kašike brašna



Priprema:
Iseći luk na sitno pa propržiti na ulju, pa dodati nasečenu šargarepu na krupnije kocke krompir i  tikvicu na kocke, i na kraju dodati začine timijan, bosiljak ruzmarin . Naliti vodom i polaa čašom mleka i kuvati da omekne. 



Kad se povrće skuva, štapićem sve to izmiksamo i pretvorimo u kašu. Nalijemo još vode, dodamo malo začina biber i umućeno brašno u koje smo dodali ostatak mleka. 



Pustimo da vri još 3 min dodamo sitno seckan peršunov list i iskljulimo. U čorbicu se može dodati malo sirćeta ko voli…

Grandma’s kitchen – cream of zucchini soup



It’s necessary:
1 zucchini
1 large carrot
1 potato
1 onion
200 ml. milk
spice, thyme, rosemary, basil
parsley
  oil
1-2 tablespoons flour
Preparation:
Cut the onion finely and sauté them in oil, then add the carrots nasečenu the larger cube potatoes and zucchini into cubes, and finally add the spices thyme, basil, rosemary.
