Bakina kuhinja – integralni hleb



Potrebno je:
500 gr. brašna
1 kašika integralnog brašna
1 kašika mekinja
1 kašika ovsenih pahuljica
2 kašike lanenog semena
2 kašike susama
1 kašika suncokretovih semenki
1 kašika dulečnog semena
1/2 šoljice ulja
30 gr kvasca
300 ml. mleka pomešanog sa jogurtom ( pola pola)


Priprema:
Rastopiti kvasac u malo mlake vode, pa dodati mleko i jogurt i sve nabrojane sastojke. Umesiti srednje tvrdo testo, pa ostaviti da naraste 20 min. na toplom. Kad je naraslo   razmesiti ga i staviti     u    manji pleh (24 sm. ) da opet naraste 20 min. Naraslo testo može se namazati malo belancetom i posuti svim semenkama odozgo. Rernu uključiti na 200 stepeni  C pa smaniti na 180  Hleb peći 40 – 45 min.

It’s necessary:
500 gr. flour
1 tablespoon whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon of bran
1 tablespoon of oat flakes
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon dulečnog seeds
1/2 cup oil
30 g yeast
300 ml. milk mixed with yogurt (half and half)


Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, add milk and yogurt and all the listed ingredients. Knead the dough of medium hardness, and leave to rise for 20 minutes. warm. When he rose to knead it and put in a small baking dish (24 cm.) To rise again for 20 minutes. Risen dough can be lubricated a little egg white and sprinkle all the seeds on top.
