Bakina kuhinja – ćufte (meatballs in sauce )



Potrebno je:
Za 2 osobe:
300 gr. mlevenog mesa
1 jaje
1 glavica crnog luka
4 čena belog luka
korica hleba u mleku
začin, so aleva paprika biber ml.



Za sos
1/2 šoljice ulja
1 kašika brašna
200 ml. kuvanog paradajza
malo začina
malo šećera ( po želji)



Priprema:
Luk crni i beli sitno iseckati dodati meso, jaje iscedkjenu koricu hleba, začin, so aleva paprika biber mleveni.Sve dobro rukom izjednačiti rukom oblikovati male ćuftice i pržiti u ulju. Vaditi ćufte na papirnu salvetu da upiju višak masnoće.
Sos:




Sipati 1/2 šoljice ulja dodati brašno i pržiti da porumeni pa dodati kuvan paradajz, mešati da se nestvore grudvice, dodati malo vode. Kuvati 2-3 min. dodati malo začina i malo šećera po želji. Ukoliko je paradajz domaći i slan ne treba mu ništa dodavati. Služiti kao prilog uz ćufte. Prijatno iz bakine kuhinje
