Bakina kuhinja – čorbast pasulj (bean soup) 



Potrebno je:
350 gr. pasulja
malo sitnog bibera
peršun
1 zelena paprika i 1 ljuta
1 šargarepa
1 krompir
1 glavica crnog luka
5 čema belog luka
1 k.k. aleve paprike
1 kašika začina
1 kašika brašna (puna)
1/2 šoljice ulja
4 lovorovoa lista



Priprema:
Pasulj dobro oprati u nekoliko voda naliti i useći glavicu crnog luka, šargarepu, zatim dodati lovorov list, očiščen krompir, zelene paprikei staviti da se kuva. Kad se pasulj skuva ugrejati u tiganju ulje dodati brašno i seckan beli luk (može i glavićica crnog luka), pa kad brašno porumeni dodati alevu papriku i odmah skloniti sa ringle i sipati u pasulj. Dobro promešati. Dodati začin i ml. biber. probati ako treba dodati i malo soli. Na kraju useckati sitno peršunov list.



Napomena:
 Ovo je postan pasulj, isto tako spremiti onaj drugi samo dodajte suva rebra, kobasice…neku suvu koskicu ili šta već želite.

Grandma’s kitchen – beans (bean soup)

It’s necessary:
350 gr. beans
a little small pepper
parsley
1 green pepper and 1 angry
1 carrot
1 potato
1 onion
5 CEMA garlic
1 K.K. cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon seasoning
1 tablespoon flour (full)
1/2 cup oil
4 laurel leaf

Beans should be thoroughly washed in several waters pour and USEC onions, carrots, then add bay leaf, cleaned potatoes, green paprikei let it cook. When the beans are cooked in a pan warm the oil, add the flour and chopped garlic (also Glavičić onion), and when the flour browned add red pepper and immediately off the top and pour in the beans. Stir well. Add seasoning and ml. Pepper. try it if you need to add a little salt. At the end of useckati finely parsley.
Note:
This is stale beans, also save the other one just add spareribs, sausage … a dry koskicu or whatever you want.
