Potrebno je: 
kockica kvasca
800 gr. brašna
2 jaja
malo ulja
1 jogurt
300 gr. sira
200 ml. mleka
1 kašika šećera
 malo soli



Priprema:
Kvasac rastopiti u malo toploga mleka dodati jaje. jogurt i ostatak mleka sipati i za pola šoljice ulj, pa dodati brašno i malo soli i umesiti srednje tvrdo testo Ostaviti na toplom da naraste.
