Potrebno je:
150 gr, sojinih šnicli
ulje
100 gr brašna
začin, biber
30 ml belog vina
1 l vode
3 čena belog luka
100 gr kačkavalja



Priprema:
U vodu staviti začin i 1 čen seckanog belog luka pa potopiti sojine šnicle i staviti na vatru i bariti oko 20 min. Obarene šnicle procediti i dobo ispretiskati da izadje voda. , a zatim ih poijedinačno uvaljati u brašno i redjati na poslužavnik. 



U tiganj sipati za 1/2 šoljice ulja pa kad se ugreje prepržiti šnicle sa obadve strane, a zatim ih izvaditi i poredjati u šerpu naliti vinom i naseckati ostatak belog luka poklopiti da se još krčkaju na tihoj vatri. Kad vino ispari skloniti sa vatre neka se prohlade pa narendati kačkavalj i staviti seckan peršunov list.. Prijatno!
