Bakina kuhinja – šampinjoni na bakin način (mushrooms on the way to Grandma’s)



potrebno je
300 gr šampinjona
1 glavica crnogluka
začin
origano
biber ml.
peršunov list sec.
1 čen belog luka
1 kašika pavlake (može i cela ako volite)
1 zelena paprika
ulje



Priprema:
Šampinjone oprati ,očistiti. Luk iseći sitno pa propržitina ulju, dodati seckanu papriku pa i nju propržiti, zatim dodati šampinjone sipati malo vode pa ih dinstati oko 15 min da voda ispari, dodati sitno seckan beli luk začin, biber i origano. 





Još malo pirjati. Isključiti  i dodati pavlaku po želji (jasam dodala 1 punu kašiku). Izmešati i služiti toplo.

1 head crnogluka
seasoning
oregano
Pepper ml.
parsley sec.
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon sour cream (can be whole if you like)
1 green bell pepper
oil


Preparation:
Mushrooms washed, cleaned. Onions cut finely but propržitina oil, add chopped peppers and even fry it, then add the mushrooms, pour a little water, and cook them for about 15 min to evaporate, add finely chopped garlic seasoning, pepper and oregano. A little simmer. Turn off and add cream to taste (jasam added 1 spoonful). Stir and serve warm.
