Bakina kuhinja – pogača puž



potrebno:
1 kockica kvasca
1 kašika šećera
500 gr brašna
200 ml. mleka
2 kašike ulja
2 jaja i mlao soli (nije moranje slan sir)


 Priprema:
Kvasac rastvoriti u mlakom mleku i šećeru dodati ulje i jaje i zamesiti srednje tvrdo testo. Ostaviti da malo poraste. Razvuči širine pleha tanko 1sm. Iseći trake ( pogledaj Video) ali ostaviti jedan deo ne 
 sečeno otprilike za dlan. Uvijati odzgo na dole saviti u krug i staviti u okrugli pleh koji ste podmazali uljem. Pustiti da naraste, premazati zumancetom i posuti susamom i krupnom solju. Peći na 180 stepeni C 40 min.




Grandma’s kitchen – a snail cake





need:
1 cube of yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
500 gr flour
200 ml. milk
2 tablespoons oil
2 eggs and salt mlao (not necessarily salty cheese)



  Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and add sugar and oil, egg and knead the dough medium hardness. Leave to rise a little. Extend the width of the pan thin 1sm. Cut the strips (see Video) or leave a part not

  cut some rest. Twist the top down to the bottom fold in the circle and put in a round baking tray lubricating oil. Let it grow, coated with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarse salt. Bake at 180 degrees C for 40 min.
