Bakina kuhinja – kajzerice

 

Potrebno je:
700 gr. brašna
400 ml. mlake vode
50 ml. ulja
 malo soli
1 belance
1 kašika šećera
1 kockica kvasca



Priprema:
 Kvasac rastopiti u malo mlake vode, i dodati šećer. Kad se istopi dodati ostatak vode ulje i brašno i umesiti srednje tvrdo testo. 
Umešeno testo pokriti filijom i ostaviti da narasete. 



Naraslo testo iseći na komadiće oko 100 gr. težite i umesiti okrugle lioptice, 



redjati u tepsiju  u koju ste stavili peh papir i posuli brašnom. Ostaviti da malo narastu a zatim tupim stranom noža malo ih proseći po sredini kao na Videu. 





Namazati belancetom posuti susamom i staviti u zagrejanu rernu na 180 steoeni C 30 min.

It’s necessary:
700 gr. flour
400 ml. lukewarm water
50 ml. oils
  pinch of salt
1 egg white
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cube of yeast



Preparation:
  Yeast dissolved in a little warm water and add sugar. When melted, add remaining oil, water and flour and knead the dough medium hardness. Got the dough to cover and leave to Philly grown. Risen dough cut into pieces about 100 gr. strive and knead round lioptice, arrange in a baking pan in which you put the bad luck paper and floured. Allow to grow up a little and then blunt side of a knife few of them begging in the middle as the Video.
